Spring water benefits

After visiting the Yellowstone I was tempted to see if there was any truth that you can actually get the bottled spring water and you will not be actually be fraudulently given the normal water as well as hopefully it will be safe to drink this water.

I found this BBC site and it listed so many things about the water benefits and then I found this site called the Health tips which again had some nice succinct information about water.

Bottled water is of two types the spring water as well as the mineral water.

Spring water is collected directly form the source and in UK they say the spring ahs to meet certain standards which will help me reassure that I am will be in safe hands when I visit UK.

Mineral water is what we drink usually form the bottles and it says it has to be the water which is collected when it flows over the rocks and the mineral is collected and then you can drink it without much treatment.

Hoe much water should your dink for obvious health benefits

Eight glasses for water a day are a minimum
Coffee, tea and other alcoholic beverages are dehydrating and that means that we should actually avoid drinking these or else at least have lots water before and after having them.

A lot of companies have specialized natural mineral spring water which they claim has health benefits and will always be the second best way and the other way is to visit these places like the Czech and the Slovak Spas in Europe.

Another added thing : Inspired by the water and the internet sites I have actually placed an order for the indoor water fountain for a price of $365.00 .My wife is aghast at me but hey what the heck it will be a nice addition to home décor and I will post a photograph shortly when it arrives.

Hot Springs – Mammoth Hot Springs and the Yellos Stone National Park.

My trip to The Yellowstone National park was all about the Mammoth Hot springs and these are the ones which are famous and a lot of spas out there.

The water source it seems is the Norris Water basin and the superheated water flows from the north on a slop downwards to the Mammoth

These deposit the travertine on the slopes. Most of these have dried off in years and thus leaving a large travertine deposit on the slopes. The locals as well as god knows who have colored these into various colors to make it look absolutely fantastic and special.

The Palette spring and the special Jupiter Terrace were actively spewing out water when we visited. If you plan to visit now then make sure you know what is active and what is not rather than being disappointed later.

Canary Spring is the most active and it draws of course the largest visitors and since it is the biggest it causes a lot of special waterfalls all over the place.

Side notes I looked around the internet to see if there was any more special water falls and I found this site explaining about water fountains and health.
The other place is the Hellroaring Creek trail is along the northern stretches of the Yellowstone river and if you want to make sure that you go away form the crowd then this is the place to be. The trail is around 4 miles and it was very much reinvigorating.

Tower falls on the south east is another place to enjoy the best of the yellow stone and also there are the Upper and the Lower falls. Then comes the most of the special things that can happen and these are the special things like the spa which are there and these are said to offer medicinal properties. Water they say has minerals which can be used for some really special things like the treatment locomotory problems and especially arthritis.

Lake Titicaca in peru

Lake Titicaca is famous because of the fact that of the fact that there are so many floating islands and these floating islands are actually tied with the ropes and the sticks. These sticks are attached to the bottom of the lake.

Most of the Peruvian people are not shy and they will want to talk to you. They are absolutely fantastic people with most of the folks enjoying the tourist seasonal its height with all sorts of stuff to sell.

Now if you are trying to use the lake to enjoy a good view it is always better to make sure that you enjoy the view of the lake by these floating islands.

These floating islands of Peru use the reed which is used to make boats and nowadays the pottery and the everything that they can make to sell the stuff to the tourists. The main Peruvian persons live off the tourists and thanks to those Inca trails which thousands throng to visit each year.

Tip : If you are travelling to Peru back you bags with all sorts of medicines and other stuff as stomach upset is a common thing. The water and the food that you get will give you all sorts of trouble. It will take some days to get your stomach adjusted. I had issues for a couple of days and my health went for a toss. I stayed indoors for a number of days and then started my journey along the Inca trail which was mainly all about Macchu Picchu.

Busloads tourists come here every day and it is this which fills up the coffers of the Peruvian Government as there is nothing else which can give so much dollars to the Peruvian Economy.

Peru visit

On my last visit to Peru I was searching for some more information on the why’s and how’s about Peru that I found out a nice thing about the internet world is that it is extremely open and a lot of people have written about their travel experiences.

A good way of maintaining their travel diary do to speak and also enjoy the writing without any fear.

So here I am writing my first blog thanks to the internet world.

As I mentioned earlier I visited Peru and that was wonderful trip which was also all about fitness and hiking. It was also about weathering all those humid weathers and enjoying the so called underdeveloped economies.

I reached Peru via Bolivia and did my passport formalities and headed onto the city of Puno.

The city has humid and arid weather and it also has low lying mountains.

I will tell in great deal about the Lake Titicaca which is an absolute sight to watch. More on that later.

A boarded a camioneta and enjoyed the fully crowded ride. My excitement knew no bounds as I had heard so much about Peru that I was absolutely thrilled with the country it people.

Everything about the country is pulsating and exciting and even the bus terminal is incredibly crowded with tons of people and all going about their business in a usual manner.

I went over to stay in cheap hotel oh the joys of it ! It is so much more enjoyable with all the attendant special smells and dirt and grime. But on the other side is the incredibly rich with side with all stylish hotels and stylish restaurants.
